Vodka Based Cocktails

INGREDIENTS: VODKA 30ML, KAHLUA 30ML
METHOD: STIRRED OR SHAKEN
GLASS: OLD FASHIONED OR MARTINI
GARNISH: COFFEE CHOCOLATE
Procedure:
Take old fashioned glass add 4-5 cube of ice,30ml of vodka and 30ml kahlua Garnish it with coffee beans or chocolate stick

INGREDIENTS: VODKA 45 ML, TRIPLE SEC 15ML CRANBERRY JUICE 60ML,  LEMON JUICE 10 ML
METHOD: SHAKEN
GLASS: MARTINI
GARNISH: ORANGE PEEL
Procedure:
Add ice, vodka, cranberry, triple sec, lime juice into the shaker Shake it vigorously for 8-10 sec and stain into martini glass Garnish it with orange peel

Procedure
Take a shake add 7-9 cube of ice,30ml of vodka and 30ml kahlua and 15 ml fresh cream shaken and pour in a old fashion glass Garnish it with coffee beans or chocolate stick

INGREDIENT: VODKA 45ML 3/5 LEMON WEDGES ½ TSP BROWN SUGEAR CRUSHED ICE.

Procedure
Take   old fashioned glass, add brown sugar, lemon wedges into the glass muddle it add vodka crushed ice and stir it Garnish it with a lemon slice.

INGREDIENT: VODKA 45ML, LEMON JUICE 10ML TOMOTO JUICE 120ML, TABASCCO3/5 DROPS    W.C. SAUCE 3/5DROPS

Procedure
Place the ice and all ingredients except the celery stick in a mixing glass, stir with a mixing spoon for 8-10 seconds. Stain into highball glass using a cocktail strainer Wash the piece of celery and place it in the glass

INGREDIENTS: WHITE RUM 45ML 6 TO 8 MINTS, LEAVES 4 TO 5 LEMON WEDGES 1 T S DEMERARA SUGAR OR SUGAR SYRUP 15 ML TOP WITH SODAMETHOD; MUDDLED

Procedure:

take a Collin glassadd the lime,mint and brown sugar muddledwell then fill with crushed  ice top of with soda garnish with mint sprig

INGREDIENTS:- WHITE RUM 30ML, COCONUT RUM 15ML PINEAPPLE JUICE 150ML FRESH CREAM 2 TS

METHOD; – SHAKEN OR BLEND

Take a blender add the above ingredients blend well and serve in a hurricane glass garnish with pineapple cone.

Gin Based Cocktails

INGREDIENTS:- GIN 50ML 10ML,DRY VERMOUTH

METHOD;- STIRRED

GLASS:- MARTINI

GARNISH:- GREEN OLIVES

Procedure:

Place the ice and all the ingredients in a shaker, stirred strain in to Martini glass.

INGREDIENTS:- GIN 45ML, LIME CORDIAL 60ML

METHOD; –  STIRRED OR SHAKEN

Procedure:

Place the ice and all the ingredients in a shaker, stirred strain in to Martini glass.
